National Payment Solutions, LLC (“NPS”) was formed in 1996 and is based out of Columbus, Georgia. We are a privately owned technology and service provider in the electronic payments industry, consisting of three main divisions:
1. Merchant Service - NPS is an officially registered Merchant Service Providers (MSP) of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Concord, CA. From trust, to support, to compliance, we are able to offer competitive credit card and debit card processing rates and unmatched service to our valued clients locally and nationally.
2. Electronic Deposit and Recovery - We market National Automated Clearing House Association (“NACHA”) compliant software along with hardware for Lockbox and Accounts Receivable Conversion (“ARC”) service via the Automated Clearing House Network (“ACH”) and Federal Reserve Banking System. We ensure that our products are Check 21 compliant. In addition to hardware, software and ACH / Check 21 processing services. We market Online Bill payments (WEB) along with eLockbox Pro for online bank checks.
3. Check Collections - ckCOLLECT is our proprietary platform for Child Support Returns for various state disbursement units. The system’s flexibility allows our clients to choose the degree of involvement, from electronic re-presentments to our multi-stage traditional collection process. In addition to child support returns, we also provide regular check recovery and verification service to standard retails businesses.
With over 150 combined years of industry and banking experience, our management and development team, technical personnel and strong alliance partners have worked with and for key banking institutions in the check processing, card processing, and collections industry. Our intimate knowledge of the payment processing system is a strong foundation for a functional, streamlined, and solid system.
